Graduate Education
Kewalo Marine Laboratory is part of the Pacific Biosciences Research Center at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Graduate students from various departments at the University of Hawaiʻi – including Zoology, Cell & Molecular Biology, and Botany – conduct research towards their degree under the guidance of Kewalo Marine Laboratory faculty. Graduate degrees are awarded through the student's home department. If you are interested in conducting your graduate research at Kewalo Marine Lab, you should contact directly the faculty member with whom you are interested in working to inquire about possible research opportunities in their lab.
